With the first sip this beer will connect you to the wild spirit of nature. The Apach beer brings you the finest aromas of hops grown on American plains. Wake up the Native American spirit within you and reward yourself with a pint of original beer which consists of 3 types of malt and 3 types of hops.

All beers from our Barilo craft brewery are made with traditional brewing methods, without the use of any modern additives that are predominantly used in large scale beer production today. Using this modern technology in controlled conditions, we produced this tasty hoppy American Pale ale.

The Barley proteins in our Ale produce a mild cloudy beer, and on the bottom of the bottle is a thin film of yeast, which is also known to be a rich source of B complex vitamins. Our beer is 100% natural and its ideal serving temperature is 8 - 12 °C.

Apach

Why the name "APACH"?

Who remembers the 1960’s Winnetou movie series? The film takes place in the Wild West with a Native American chief from the Apache tribe. The series was filmed in the wilderness of the untouched Croatian landscape. It was filmed near Omiš, on the river Cetina, and in the surrounding National Parks of Paklenica, Plitvice Lakes and Krka, and across the mountains of Velebit.

That is why our beer Apach has the label of a Native American. In the background is the Cetina river where the main character of the film jumps 28 meters into the river below. The name APACH is an abbreviation of APA – American Pale Ale, C – Cetina,
H – Hrvatska (Croatia).
